Each Ammonite System battery pack is equipped with a BMS (Battery Management System) that ensures safe operation. This system is necessary because the pack uses Li-Ion cells, which are very sensitive to overcharging, deep discharges, and short circuits.

The BMS provides additional benefits, including extending the life of the battery cells and maintaining a minimum safe level of charge.
