VAT Exemption & B2B Purchases (Corporate Orders)
For our business customers within and outside the European Union, we offer the possibility to purchase products without Polish VAT (0%). This applies when the legal conditions for Intra-Community Supply (ICS / WDT) or export of goods are met. Please read the following procedure carefully before placing your order.
IMPORTANT:
Issuing an invoice with a 0% VAT rate requires that your company data is successfully and automatically verified at the time of checkout. Once an order has been completed, we are unable to modify or correct invoices that were issued with VAT applied.
How to obtain VAT Exemption (0% rate)
The process is fast and fully automated using our VAT number verification system:

Add Products to Cart
Add the selected Ammonite equipment to your shopping cart. -
Proceed to Checkout
Start the checkout and payment process. -
Enter Your VAT ID
In the designated field on the checkout page (usually in the customer information section), enter your full VAT ID, including the two-letter country prefix
(e.g. PL1234567890 or DE987654321). -
Automatic Verification
Our system will instantly verify your VAT number against the relevant databases
(e.g. VIES for EU customers). -
Price Confirmation
If the verification is successful, the prices in your cart will be automatically updated to net values (0% VAT).
Legal requirements & contact
⚠️ Data Consistency Requirement
To apply VAT exemption, the company name, VAT ID number, and shipping address must be consistent. The VAT number must be valid and active in the appropriate national or EU register at the moment the order is placed.

If the system is unable to automatically verify your VAT number, and you are certain that the data is correct, please contact us before placing your order:

- Full company name
- VAT ID number
- A scan or photo of the current VAT registration certificate
We will contact you to perform manual verification and, if approved, enable you to place an order with the 0% VAT rate.
