How can I get a 0% VAT invoice for my company outside Poland (Intra-Community Supply)?
To obtain a 0% VAT invoice for an Intra-Community Supply of Goods (WDT), please follow these steps:
- Register as a business customer: Create an account on our website, ensuring you select 'Business Customer' during registration.
- Provide a valid EU VAT number: During checkout, accurately enter your company's active EU VAT identification number in the designated field. This number will be verified.
- Ensure delivery to another EU member state: The delivery address must be located in an EU country other than Poland.
- Complete the order: Once your VAT number is validated, the 0% VAT rate will be applied automatically to your order.
- Important: We are unable to issue corrective invoices with 0% VAT after the goods have been shipped if the VAT number was not provided or was incorrect during the initial order. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of purchase."
